Do you have one? If you do, you know what I mean. That oversize clutch that keeps on giving!
You can roll it, fold it, smash it and literally put your whole make-up bag, phone, a mirror, a wallet (and I am not talking about a small one), mints, a mini toothpaste with a toothbrush and… well, you're getting the drift.
It might be as heavy as all hell, but the point is… you got all of it in and it
zipped and you can still do a mini roll at the top so that you can grab it with one hand! (if you don't want to put it under your arm instead!)
That kind of clutch… Oh yeah!
The oversize clutch can go from day to night. You can pull out a more relaxed version - I actually have one in denim with unique stitching on the outside. I even added a shearling cactus bag accessory on the zipper to give
it a bit more flair (not that it needed it). I have my staple oversize clutches from Claire V. - I personally own this Pony Hair Oversize Clutch and a blue leather one with a red accent zipper that I am selling on Style and Give. Clare V. clutches offer an add-on strap that can attach onto the clutch to give a different look and make the clutch more versatile. Smart!
I personally love an oversized clutch that offers movement. If it's stiff and hard to sculpt, I will say “forget about it.” If it has any type of texture, it’s a “yes” for the purchase. I might be able to deal with some stiffness if the texture is absolutely fabulous.
I have been really wanting to purchase more colorful clutches. If you're like
me, my eye will go to any type of animal print, black, navy, gray or brown.
