It’s not just money that is being given either, it is also their time.
This means something, at least to me.
I would assume this would affect our society too. Hopefully it would encourage others to give (and not just with monetary funds). We see celebrities showing up to help serve food on Holidays not even realizing that they, at one point, might have gone through a time in their life where they would have needed that meal (Chrishell Stause showed all of us an amazing example of that on Thanksgiving 2021).
During the pandemic, so many celebrities stepped forward to help, give and support those in need. We saw an outpouring of what felt like conscious giving. It was something that was needed but also offered many of us some comfort.
Especially now, I feel we are seeing even more celebrities speaking out and giving, especially with all that has been happening in the world (Ukraine War, Global Warming, Poverty, Natural Resource Depletion, Overdoses, Homelessness, Food Shortages, Generating Unsustainable Waste, Natural Disasters, Women’s Rights, Deforestation, Pollution and so much more). I feel like our society and our world is in desperate need of help in one way or another. No, help isn't the right word! The world needs immediate assistance, aid, service, cooperation, support, a helping hand and solutions (ASAP)!
This Blog post has taken a bit of a turn - I am going to bring it back around to what you can do now in your own community and what celebrities that you follow are doing in theirs.

Let’s all try to help in some way, even if you give to a stranger on the street. We are tested in so many ways and you never know who might need your help at any given time.
Giving promotes social connection and couldn’t we all use a little bit more of that?
I’ve often heard that at some point money and building income doesn’t increase your well being, but empathetically giving does.
Let’s all practice affective empathy!
