The 95th OSCARS! Let’s do it...

How did we feel Jimmy Kimmel did as host?  I loved him…I mean I can’t get enough of the Matt Damon jabs. That whole stint between the two of them crap me up! Also loved Kimmel talking about Nicole Kidman never leaving AMC theaters…Hilarious…

Jimmy Kimmel- He also hosted the Academy Awards in 2017, 2018 and will emcee the show in 2023.

Netflix’s German-language war epic “All Quiet on the Western Front” won in four categories.

This year, Sarah Polley (“Women Talking”) was left out even though her film was nominated for best picture. (Polley won for best adapted screenplay.) If you haven't seen this - you must see this!

Some of Rachel’s Favorite Moments  At 2023 Oscars

Quote by Ke Huy Quan during his Oscar Acceptance Speech  - “Dreams are something you have to believe in,” Quan said as tears streamed down his face and A-list attendees gave him a standing ovation. “I almost gave up on mine. To everyone out there, please keep your dreams alive.”

Full Circle Moment when Ke Huy Quan, who starred alongside Harrison Ford in Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom when he was a child, won best supporting actor for Everything Everywhere All at Once following a two-decade break from performing and Harrison Ford and Key Huy Quan embraced after everything Everywhere All at Once won best picture.

Loved when the directors of best short film, An Irish Goodbye, used their acceptance speech to sing a rendition of Happy Birthday to one of the film's stars, James Martin.

Lenny Kravitz performed “Calling All Angels,” his song from the 2004 album, Baptism

John Travolta offered an emotional tribute to his Grease co-star Olivia Newton John.

"We remain hopelessly devoted to you," John Travolta tearfully said, referencing the iconic song by Olivia Newton John.

The performance -  Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava sing their 'RRR' song, 'Naatu Naatu,'

    Musical Performances:

Hold My Hand from Top Gun; Maverick written by Lady Gaga and BloodPop

Lady Gaga gave a surprise performance with a make-up free face, an inside out black t-shirt and black ripped jeans at the Oscars on Sunday. Gaga was nominated for best song for "Hold My Hand" from "Top Gun: Maverick," and while it is customary for the nominated songs to be performed, last week producers said she wouldn't be able to make it.

Lady Gaga stated before the start of the song…“I think we all need each other. We need a lot of love to walk through this life. And we all need a hero sometimes. There’s heroes all around us in unassuming places. But you might find that you can be your own hero even if you feel broken inside.”
